Deletion
1. In-game
Open Settings, then tap Delete Account and confirm. This permanently deletes your cloud account and cloud save (cash, owned cars, garage customisation, best scores, the Remove Ads flag, and your player ID). Cash, cars, and garage progress already on this device stay. This is not Reset Game, and the cloud deletion cannot be undone.
2. Online request form
Submit a request using our deletion form. Say the game is Highway Go: Endless Racer. If you signed in, include the Google Play Games or Facebook account you used.
3. Email
Email tmsngames@gmail.com with the game name Highway Go: Endless Racer, the sign-in account you used if any, and the type of request (delete all data, delete gameplay progress, or delete advertising data).
Data we store only when you sign in
Your cloud save (cash, owned cars, garage customisation, best scores, and Remove Ads) and player ID, stored via Unity Gaming Services. If you have never signed in, we hold no account data to delete and your progress stays only on your device.
If you signed in with Google Play Games
Signing in with Google Play Games gives us only an identifier or sign-in token, used solely to recognise your account and link it to your cloud save. Deleting your account using any method above removes that link together with your cloud save. For Google-held data, also manage your Google Account at myaccount.google.com.
If you signed in with Facebook
Signing in with Facebook gives us only your Facebook user ID and an access token, used solely to identify your account and link it to your cloud save. We request the public_profile permission only — we do not collect or store your email address, friends list, or profile information. Deleting your account using any method above removes that link together with your cloud save. To also revoke this game's access from Facebook's side, open Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites and remove Highway Go: Endless Racer.
Data collected whether or not you sign in
Advertising ID and app or diagnostic data used for ads, analytics, and crash reporting (Google AdMob, Unity LevelPlay mediation, Firebase). To remove or limit this, reset your Advertising ID in your device settings, change your choice under Settings → Ad Privacy in the game, or contact tmsngames@gmail.com.
What may be retained
Aggregated, anonymised analytics that cannot identify you, and purchase history retained as required for financial and tax records, then deleted when no longer legally required. Progress stored only on your device is not deleted by a cloud-account request.
Processing time
Requests are completed within 30 days. A confirmation is sent to the email you provide. For Google-held data (Advertising ID, Play Games profile), please also manage your data through your Google Account at myaccount.google.com.
